The gas drive portion of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy. The wetted part adopts carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media. The whole set of seals of the pump are imported high quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the gas-liquid booster pump.
air
The principle of the air booster pump is to use a low pressure of a large area piston to produce a high hydraulic pressure of a small area piston. The air booster pump is used in the working environment where the original air pressure system is to increase the pressure, and can increase the air pressure of the working system to 2-5 times, and only the compressed air in the working system needs to be used as the air source. The pump is suitable for single-source pressurization. No power supply (can be used in areas where explosion protection is required). Within the pressure range of the pump, the regulator valve is adjusted to adjust the inlet pressure, and the output hydraulic pressure is correspondingly adjusted accordingly.
Chlorine
Chlorine booster pumps have a wide operating pressure range. Different types of pumps can be used to obtain different pressure zones. Adjusting the input air pressure output pressure is adjusted accordingly. Extremely high pressure can be achieved, gas 90Mpa. With a wide range of flow rate, it can work smoothly for only 0.1Kg of air pressure for all types of pumps. At this time, the minimum flow rate can be obtained, and different flow rates can be obtained after adjusting the intake air amount. Easy to control, from simple manual control to full automatic control can meet the requirements. Automatic restart, no matter what causes the pressure in the pressure keeping circuit to drop, it will restart automatically, supplement the leak pressure, keep the circuit pressure constant. Operating safety, using gas-driven, no arc and sparks, can be used in dangerous places.
