In order to further promote the scientific and standardized implementation of the compulsory product certification system, the State Certification and Accreditation Administration adheres to the principle of “harmony of responsibility, risk control and quality assurance”, based on the product risk analysis in the compulsory certification catalogue, based on the “certification of the People’s Republic of China”. The relevant requirements of the Regulations and the Compulsory Product Certification Management Regulations have been revised for the Mandatory Certification Implementation Rules for Motor Vehicle Tires. By contrast, this implementation rule revision does not involve changes in the technical requirements for product certification, but only adjustments to management requirements.
The new version of the "Compulsory Certification Implementation Rules for Motor Vehicle Tires" No.: CNCA-03C-027:2013 replaces CNCA-03C-027:2001, which was officially implemented on July 1, 2013.
