The factory's original relay system was derived from OSCO's subsidiary Siteco, some of which were installed decades ago, but it turns out that these are easy to replace. In the trunk, the main wire system is retained, replacing only the fixture accessories. The original luminaire accessories, including fluorescent lamps, accessories and controls, were simply attached to the trunk as a cover, which is now replaced by modern LED technology. Simply plug and play, no additional circuit installation work is required during installation. In 2015, OSRAM has placed the BMW Group's warehouse in Dingolfing, all equipped with LED lighting. In this project, about 6,000 fixtures will be installed in the new logistics hall.
