4. After the flatbed truck has been operated for 500h or 30,000km, the clearance on the rotor shaft of the supercharger should be checked and dust and coke on the turbine shell and rotor blades of the compressor should be removed. At this point, the turbocharger must be removed from the diesel engine and the metal gasket between the supercharger exhaust pipes replaced. Mechanical methods are not allowed to remove scale on the rotor components, but instead use gasoline or other cleaning liquids for cleaning aluminum parts.
5. Plate transporter turbocharger compressor lock nut can not be removed, otherwise it will destroy the turbocharger rotor dynamic balance, causing turbocharger damage.
6. Flatbed trucks, do not damage or deform the rotating parts of any turbocharger that has been removed, otherwise it will affect the balance of the turbine of the flatbed truck. Also do not damage any rubber seals.
