In February, a Sichuan customer ordered a BR-LLQ Roots flowmeter from our company to measure natural gas flow from the pipeline. It was installed and used well in March and May. In the beginning of June, we called our technology and said we wanted to change the installation location. We Say it is OK, as long as it meets the flowmeter's installation specification, you can check the manual carefully before changing the position, pay attention to the relevant issues, if there is something that you do not understand, call us in time. After a few days the customer came to the phone and said that the flow meter had changed position, but the reading on the table after the valve was opened showed the original data and did not change. It was also confirmed that the natural gas in the pipeline was flowing and the valve was very large. Hear the sound of gas flowing inside the pipe. After communicating and communicating with the customer that they have no way to resolve the problem, we recommend returning the instrument to our factory for repair. The maintenance situation is as follows:
First, check the situation
1. BR-LLQ-85/50 (manufactured date: 160219) When the Roots flow meter is received, the inlet and outlet are open;
2. The rotor does not rotate during ventilation test;
3. Open the rotor chamber and find a lot of dust and welding dregs-like material, some very hard, serious scratches;
4. Rotor wear, pit, angle, gear wear, deformation, shaft bending.

Second, the cause analysis
1. The measurement medium contains a lot of impurities, no filter device is installed on the inlet side of the waist wheel flow meter ;
2. There is no purging in the pipeline before installation, especially welding slag left by welding flanges;
3. The instantaneous flow of gas is too large, causing the rotor to be violently impacted, causing the gear and shaft to deform.
Third, maintenance advice
Replace the rotor, gears and shafts, number: rotor x2, gear x2, shaft x2.
Fourth, use the proposal
1. The front of the waist wheel flowmeter is equipped with filtration devices such as filters, filters, etc.
2. Clean the inside of the pipeline before installing the flowmeter;
3. After the flowmeter is installed, open the front valve slowly to allow the gas to slowly flow through the flowmeter. After the flow is stabilized, slowly increase the flow rate. The maximum flow rate should not exceed the upper limit of the flowmeter.

Properties and Usage: |
Isothiazolinones is composed of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (CMI) and 2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (MI). The bactericidal effect of Isothiazolinones is carried out through breaking the bond between bacteria and algae protein. When contacted with microbes, Isothiazolinones can quickly inhibit their growth, thus leading to death of these microbes. Isothiazolinones has strong inhibition and biocidal effects on ordinary bacteria, fungi and alga, and has many advantages such as high biocidal efficiency, good degradation, no residual, safety in operation, good compatibleness, good stabilization, low cost in operation. Isothiazolinones can mix with chlorine and most cation, anion, and non-ionic surfactants. It can be together used with DBNPA 2,2 Dibromo 3 Nitrilopropionamide, TTA Tolyltriazole , Polyaluminum Chloride PAC and PAM Polyacrylamide Flocculant.

Using method: |
When used as sludge stripper for grade II, the dosage of 150-300mg/L is preferred, when used as boicide, the dosage of 80-100mg/L is preferred, and charges every 3-7 days. No used together with oxidative fungicidal such as chlorine, and no used in cooling water system containing sulfur. When used together with quaternary amine, the effect will be better. When used as industrial fungicide, the dosage of 0.05-0.4% is preferred. |
