A good design must have reasonable equipment configuration, because reasonable equipment configuration is very important to ensure process flow, easy operation and maintenance, operator safety, energy saving and investment saving. When proceeding with device configuration, the following principles should be met:
(1) It must meet the requirements of the process flow, make full use of the self-flow conditions of the material, try to promote the self-flow, determine the reasonable gravity gradient, ensure the smooth flow of the mine, and convenient operation and maintenance.
(2) Reasonably divide the production system (minimize the production system), and the parallel systems must have the same equipment or unit configuration for the same operation. As far as possible, they are concentrated on the same elevation in the same area. When a series fails, the parallel system in operation can bear the load on average. The ancillary equipment should be placed near its mainframe as much as possible. Its location and site area should be appropriate to meet the process requirements and be easy to operate and maintain.
(3) Try to make the reasonable allocation of the unit, shorten the material transportation distance between the units, and rationally utilize the plant area and space volume under the conditions of ensuring operation, maintenance, equipment parts disassembly and lifting, and reduce unnecessary height. Poor loss.
(4) It is necessary to have a proper inspection site for location and area, a reasonable tonnage crane, and the height of the plant should meet the needs of the equipment or the maximum lifting of the equipment. The position and size of the doors and mounting holes to be taken must be convenient for lifting. The size should generally be greater than 400~500mm of the largest dimension of the piece.
(5) All kinds of pipelines in the workshop (such as water supply, drug delivery, steam supply, slurry, etc.) should be reasonably distributed to the system, and must not hinder operation and walking. Its overhead height is convenient for personnel to pass.
(6) The equipment configuration should leave the position and height difference required for sampling, metering and detecting devices of the material flow; when applying electronic computer control, the appropriate position and building standard should be selected according to the selected model requirements, with separate Operating room.
(7) Fully consider the requirements of safety, labor insurance and sanitation regulations. All walking passages and operating platforms 0.5m above the ground and 0.5m above the ground should be provided with railings; the transmission components exposed to the outside should be protected. Cover; to have a reasonable and perfect sewage, ventilation and dust removal system and facilities, the ground and trench slopes of each inter-span should be easy to walk and facilitate the discharge of sewage into the sewage pool and accident sedimentation tank.
(8) The determination of plant span, column spacing and column top elevation, in addition to meeting the equipment configuration requirements, also consider the building modulus coordination standard.
