At the same time, it also carried out scientific research on some new energy vehicles projects with the new energy division of SAIC. Cooperation has laid a good foundation for the follow-up cooperation between the two parties.

According to the reporter’s understanding, as early as in 2009, the Nugget Power Company began to cooperate with SAIC Motor’s Shenhua Bus Company in the field of new energy buses. At the Shanghai World Expo 2010, 120 vehicles were provided by SAIC Motor Co., Ltd. In the pure electric bus project using lithium-ion power battery system, Nugget Power provided 116 sets of power battery products for 60 of its pure electric buses. These vehicles were incorporated into Shanghai after the completion of the World Expo passenger loading mission. public transport system. At present, Ngali is providing battery systems for Shenwo's hybrid passenger cars and plug-in hybrid buses. The vehicles will be used for bus operations in Shanghai's Pudong and Puxi.

The formal signing of the strategic partnership between SAIC and Ngali will further broaden the scope of cooperation between the two sides in new energy vehicles. After entering the second half of the year, the company will gradually shift its product promotion focus to plug-in hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles.

According to statistics, the company's products occupy nearly 20% of the market share of lithium-powered energy-saving and new-energy automotive power battery systems throughout the country. It is estimated that in 2014, the sales of Mugoli will reach about 400 million yuan.
