Model GWE-1000B Computerized Servo Strand Wire Tensile Strength Testing Machine is designed of PC control and automatic hydraulic loading system, main engine controller separately fixed. It has the characteristics of operation amenity, working steady, high accuracy and loading steady. It can implement the experimentations such as the tensile, compression, bending, cutting etc. to the metal, nonmetallic composite materials.

2.  Structure element
The main engine consists of an adjustable support (base, screw thread pole, moveable crossbeam (lower clamp set)) and a working frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, support crossbeam (upper clamp set)). Element of the machine: high-pressure oil pump supply oil to the working oil tank, the piston moves and press board and upper crossbeam to do stretch and press test. The stretch test is done in the space between upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam. The life motor, gear, chain drive rotate at a same speed to move the crossbeam.

3.  PC control universal testing machine introduction
It is electro-hydraulic universal material testing and analysis system, has the functions of test the collected data, automatic analysis, print report and curve. Applicable to stretch, compress metal, compress cement, and concrete nonmetal materials tests.
It is a ideal testing system for industrial and mining business, commerce arbitration institution, scientific research institution, colleges, construction project quality control institution and so on.

4.  Characteristics
It adopts the six vertical columns framework structure (four column and two lead screw) with the more stable structure and the more guaranteed rigidity. It employs the hydraulic chuck samples automatic clamping and sputter film pressure sens or with the higher measuring accuracy and the wider range. GWE series also utilizes the high precision shift sensor to measure the displacement. It adopts the high accuracy drawing meter to measure the sample deformation. It uses PCI bus control mode and Windows XP operation system. It can be allocated with touch screen which is more beneficial for the operation and control of the tester. It can partially amplify the experimental curves and hold the additive comparison to the multiple technical parameters such as elastic module E, upper yield strength ReH, lower yield strength ReL, tensile strength RM, stipulated non-proportional extension force Fp0.2, max. Force extensibility Agt, max. Force FM and so on. It can print the complete experimental report and curves. It comprehensively conforms with GB/T228-2002 and GB/T5224-2003 requirements.

6.1 Two-level authorization passwords management.
6.2 live indication of load, position and strain, simultaneously.
6.3 peak indication of load, position and strain, during and after test.
6.4 live indication of load, position and strain rates during test.
6.5 live X-Y graph of user-selected curve: stress vs. strain; load vs. position; stress vs. position; load vs. strain; load vs. time; position vs. time etc.
6.6 automatic saving of transducer information to file for later recall, re-graph and recalculation.
6.7 automatic saving of results to file for statistical computation and export to spreadsheet and database programs: Access and Excel.
6.8 print single test reports including X-Y graph on a single page
6.9 select from a predefined analyses including: peak load, peak stress, tensile strength, Rp0.2, Rt0.5, ReH, ReL, elongation break and so on.
