Operating procedure
1. Before driving, first check whether the oiler and lubricating oil are full of lubricating oil. The special bearing must not be short of oil.
2. All fasteners and fastening bolts should be carefully checked for tightness.
3. If the rotating belt is good, it is found that the belt is damaged and should be replaced in time. Especially when the V-belt or the pulley is oily, clean it with a clean cloth.
4. Check if the protective device is good. If it is found to be unsafe, remove it immediately.
5, first drive, then open the mine pipe to make the slurry into the barrel, and start to stir.
6. When parking, stop the administration or feed the mine first, and then stop the slurry in the barrel through the lower ore discharge or use the pump to stop.
7. Lubricate the sodium-based grease applied to the bearing parts, and fill the grease cup once per shift.
Maintenance procedure
1. The maintenance operator should be familiar with the model, name, performance, structure, principle, and the name and material of the equipment to enhance maintenance.
2. The operation and maintenance personnel shall, according to the principle of “fixed point, timing, quantity, and quality”, lubricate the lubrication points marked in the lubrication chart, and there shall be no oil leakage.
3. The bearing temperature change should be checked frequently during the operation of the equipment. The temperature generally does not exceed 60 . C. At the same time, check whether the bolts in each part are loose, whether the motor is overloaded, and whether the sound is abnormal or not.
During the operation of the equipment, except for the operation part, it must be cleaned and cleaned, and other parts should be cleaned in time. There must be no debris, oil accumulation, and equipment and environmental sanitation.
