1. The self-rescuer is used when working in a poisonous gas field and in distress. 2. The wearer should be trained to complete the wearing in the shortest possible time. 3. The self-rescuer should be inspected regularly and kept in good condition. 4. The self-rescuer must be carried into the well and slanted over the shoulder. Strong impact should be avoided. It is strictly forbidden to open the upper shell or use the self-rescuer as a cushion. 5. Hang the strap around your neck, fasten your belt, and place the instrument in front of your body.
6. Open the buckle and open the upper shell of the self-rescuer. Pull out the oxygen bag, mouthpiece, breathing hose and nose clip. 7. Open the oxygen cylinder switch and open it to the maximum position. 8. Pull out the plug, quickly place the piece between the lips and teeth, bite the pad, and close the lips to keep the airtight. 9. Take a deep breath to make the automatic replenishment free. 10. Wear a nose clip, seal your nostrils, and breathe with your mouth. 11. Wear glasses, breathe evenly, exit the disaster area, and run without permission. It is strictly forbidden to remove the mouthpiece and nose clip without leaving the disaster area. 12. The pressure indicator should be observed at any time during use in order to grasp the oxygen consumption and adjust the labor. 13. When using the self-rescuer, keep it calm and breathe evenly. When the temperature of the inhaled gas rises slightly, it is normal, do not panic, and do not remove the self-rescuer until it reaches the safe place. 14. After each use of the self-rescuer, the airbag and mouthpiece should be cleaned and disinfected; the oxygen cylinder should be inflated; and the absorbent agent should be replaced. 15. After assembly, a full performance check must be performed to meet the standard requirements and remain in good condition.
16. Do not open the self-rescuer for no reason. 17. Self-rescuer devices are not permitted to be used in place of working respirators. 18. Due to the exposure of the oxygen bag, special care should be taken to prevent contact with the sharps. 19. It is forbidden to disassemble the pressure reducer without technical guarantee to avoid its performance degradation. 20. The oxygen cylinder should be filled with medical oxygen, and the oxygen concentration should not be lower than 98%. 21. The self-rescuer storage environment should be dry, free of corrosive gases, and the temperature should be kept above zero degrees Celsius. Self-rescuing devices are not allowed to mix with grease. 22. The custodian should check the returned self-rescuer (1) whether the self-rescuer shell is damaged or not; (2) the oxygen cylinder pressure should be no less than 20 MPa. 23. For long-term unused self-rescuers, the drug (carbon dioxide absorber) inspection must be carried out once every six months, and the airtightness inspection should be carried out regularly.
