First, the nature of the ore
Cerium, niobium former Soviet Kola Peninsula in an alkaline mineral perovskite Ni nepheline syenite and nepheline syenite anisotropy in a rare earth-containing, niobium, titanium complexes. The main chemical components of this mineral: REO 28.71%, ThO 2 0.52%, Nb 2 O 5 9.4%, Ta 2 O 5 0.38%, TiO 2 36.83%; mineral density is 4.64 ~ 4.89 g / cm 3 ; The strontium perovskite has weak magnetic properties. The ore contains strontium perovskite from 3.53% to 3.70%, and the associated gangue has nepheline and neon. The useful mineral inlays in the ore are coarser in grain size and can generally be recovered by re-election and magnetic separation.
Second, re-election - magnetic separation process and selection indicators
The ore transported from the mine is crushed to -20 mm by a two-stage crushing process. After a period of grinding mill to -1 mm, the hydraulic grade is graded, the coarse fraction is sent to the jigging, and the jigging tailings are returned for re-grinding. The fine-grained grade is selected by a shaker. The obtained nepheline-strontium perovskite mixed concentrate is magnetically removed to remove nepheline, and a concentrate containing 89% to 91% of strontium perovskite is obtained, and the recovery rate is 70% to 75%. The flow is shown in Figure 1.

3. Further recovery of barium perovskite from re- smelting of slime by flotation
Flow of processing (FIG. 2) heavy clay beneficiation by flotation: first sludge in buoyant float apatite, obtained by selection of four-containing P 2 O 5 36% ~ 38 %, 83% recovery ~ 85% of the apatite concentrate. The apatite flotation tailings is further de-sludged, and water glass and collector ИM-50 are added, and the pH of the slurry is adjusted to 5.4-4.8 by H 2 SO 4 to carry out strontium perovskite and nepheline flotation; After the acid treatment of the two kinds of mineral flotation foam, oxalic acid, sodium hexametaphosphate and ИM-50 were used to float the strontium perovskite at pH 6.2-6.4, and the selected strontium-containing calcium-titanium was obtained. 95% of the final concentrate in the mine, the recovery rate of re-selected slime is 82% (about 8% to 10% recovery for raw ore).
