Dual Shaft butterfly agitator can be used for liquid and solid mixing under vacuum in coating,ink,adhesive,putty,automobile putty,stone paint and other industries.
Firstly,bolt the base plate of dual shaft butterfly agitator on the foundation,then install the main motor on the rack.Finally,install the vacuum pump for use.Before use,10#-20# common hydraulic oil equivalent to 90% of the total volume of the fuel tank of hydraulic station should be added.
Materials in the cylinder of the mixer are turned and mixed by the function of low speed butterfly agitator,after that,aggregates are mixed,dispersed and dissolved by strong shearing crated by high-speed tooth dispersion plate and mixed material.Under low and high-speed function,materials can be dispersed and dissolved evently.So,dual shaft butterfly agitator is the best choice for you.

High speed disperser is made up of components such bearing support,dispersion axis,rack,dispersion disc,pillar,hydraulic station and control cabinet,It is applicable to grinding,dispersion and dissolution of luqid and liquid-solid material in industries like paint,dye,pigment,ink,paper,adhesive and some other chemical industries,especially for high-speed dispersion beating of paint and coating.
For EBF series,base plate should be bolted on the foundation and high speed disperser should be installed on the platform.
High speed disperser is pretty good because less air is sucked when mixing and dispersing the material and mixing effect of. As well as that,simple structure,easy operation and maintenance,flexible use,easy to clean and high production efficiency make high speed disperser more user-friendly.
