*Application:
To produce liquid washing products, like shampoo, liquid soap, bath shower, body lotion, dish washing, hand washing, lubricating oil, fabric softener, liquid cloth cleaner etc. *Feature:
Our mixer  has various types, and we can collocate the production line flexiblely according to customer's production scale and technology, such as to add pretreatment boiler, cooling tank and conveying pump etc, this greatly helps to improve the production efficiency and save energy.
*Shampoo mixer's Advantage: 
High speed disperser .might mixing and disperse viscously, solid and liquid etc. various kind of raw material will be dissolve which is such as AES, AESA LSA, during liquid production which can save energy consumption and shorten production and shorten production period.   
1. Main adopts stepless timing device which reduce babble occur under low temperature and high viscosity condition less air bubble will be formed.
2. Finished products can be discharged by valve or match a screw pump. 

 * Technical Parameter For users with demanding requirements and large output, tow-way sitting process may be adopted in the stirring system of the liquid wash fabrication pan and the production line with the following configurations can be adopted in line with the actual con dition:
1.One fabrication tank for two or three cooling pans (generally called "One Drive Two or One Drive Three")
2.One pre-dissolution tank for several fabrication tanks and cooling tanks
3.One pre-dissolution tank for several fabrication tanks, forced Condenser and cooling tank
For the above processes, several storage tanks can be configured behind the cooling tank for storage and containing still; the colling tank can be also beuseddirctly for tem porary storage tanks and be determined as per the specific proces of the user.
