It is equipped with a CNC controller and driven by servo motors. It is suitable for turning cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving and cutting threads (including taper threads).

 

The machine adopts ISO International code, keyboard Manual data input, and it is also provided with program of power cut-off protection and the functions of automatic diagnosis and with RS232 interface.

 

Power turret for live tools can be installed according to your needs, to finished more complex turning and milling operations in one machine.

With the exquisite design, the bed has the excellent performance for machining and accuracy requirements.

Brick Anchor

Easy-to-use refractory anchor bricks. Including the anchoring brick body, the middle of the left side of the upper surface of the anchoring brick body is provided with a triangular prism-shaped hanging groove, one of the side surfaces of the hanging groove is located on the upper surface of the anchoring brick body, and one of the bottom surfaces of the hanging groove is located on the right side of the anchoring brick body. The lowermost end of the hanging groove is provided with hanging holes penetrating the left and right ends of the anchor brick body. By implementing the present invention, the following beneficial technical effects can be obtained: the hanging piece is connected to the hanging hole through the hooks on both sides, and the refractory anchor brick can be rotated relative to the hanging piece through the setting of the hanging groove, but the rotation is restricted by the hanging groove , making the refractory anchoring brick more convenient to use, improving the service life of the refractory anchoring brick and reducing the material of the anchoring brick; when the hanging piece rotates to the limit position, the hanging groove and the hook are close to each other, and the contact area is large, preventing the hanging piece and the refractory anchoring brick from being damaged.
