How to repair a wrecker as a traffic manager

The wrecker itself carries the responsibility of clearing up traffic problems, so it itself cannot have any problems. So how do we find out what's wrong with the wrecker? This requires us to check the clearance between the bushing and the outer half shaft in the knuckle bushing. If it exceeds 0.65 mm, the bushing should be replaced. If the gap between the kingpin of the steering knuckle and the bushing exceeds 0.15mm, the kingpin and bushing should be replaced.

Wrecker steering knuckle must be properly adjusted, according to the degree of tightness to increase or decrease the steering pin shaft bearing gasket. After adjustment, there should be no axial looseness. In the vertical axis, the power of the hand should enable the wrecker knuckle to move slightly between the axle sleeves.

When adjusting the up and down movement of the steering knuckle bushing of the wrecker and the tightness of the rolling cone bearing, the spacers of the upper cover and the lower cover must be equal in thickness in order to keep the gimbal in the correct center line in the axle housing.
