Supply conditions); cylinders, packing can be used for one-way cutting oil inspection, you can check the oil injector to the cylinder of oil;
e. Observe whether the oil level in the oil sump of the fuselage and the lubricator in the lubricator are lower than the tick mark. If it is low, add it in time (check with the dipstick to stop);
f. Feel the temperature of the intake, exhaust, etc. at the fuselage cross-rail of the crankcase by hand.
The second step:
a, pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor, bearing temperature and voltmeter, ammeter indicates that the situation is normal, the current must not exceed the rated current of the motor, if exceeds, find the cause or stop the inspection;
b. Always check whether there are any foreign matter or conductive objects in the motor. Whether the coil is damaged or not, and whether the stator or the rotor has friction, otherwise the motor will be burned out after the motor is started.
c. If the water-cooled compressor can not immediately enter the water if the water is cut off, avoid cracking of the cylinder due to uneven cooling and heating. After parking in winter, the cooling water should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking in the cylinder and the like;
d. Check whether the compressor is vibrating and whether the anchor screw is loose or missing.
eã€Check the pressure regulator or load regulator, and whether the safe cutting is sensitive;
f. Pay attention to the sanitation of the compressor and its associated equipment and environment. Gas tanks, coolers, and oil-water separators must always release oil and water.
g. The lubricating machine used in the hot and cold impact tester should be precipitated and filtered. Compressor oil in winter and summer should be used differently.
