This product is mainly used for sand factory, electric pole factory, work-site of building and concrete dam towash, classifying and de-watering various sands.This sand washer adopt inclination of 15° , under the water
tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by
electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of
sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, de-watering, classifying.
Washing: The sand is feeding into the sediment pool from the feeding box, acting by rotating screw blade, the
sand is turning and rolling and grinding each other to eliminate impurity and water-air layer around sand to
facilitate de-water. The fresh eater rising current from the porous plate carry foreign matter to water surface
and overflow the weir plate, to finish washing processing.
Spiral Classifier-Product improvement
An automatic elevating apparatus is added to the discharge opening. The scoop in ball mill is eliminated
bringing more stable operation.
Spiral Classifier-Product Application
The overflow spiral blade is higher than overflow level, and the overflow spiral center is lower than overflow
surface. The high wire spiral classifier is applied in the classification of ore with particle size 0.83-0.15mm
Spiral Classifier-Working Principle
The grinded pulp is fed into tank from the inlet in the middle of settlement region, and the slurry classification
sedimentation area is under the inclined tank. The spiral with low speed rotation stirs the slurry, so that the fine
particles rise, and the coarse particles sinks to the bottom of tank. Overflow weir is above the bearing center
which is under screw shaft, and is underneath overflow end.
Spiral Classifier-Product Structure
High weir spiral classifier as the ancillary equipment of grinding to pre-classifying and check classifying is also
applied in de-mudding and dewatering.
Our spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and
fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore- dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in
washing.Â
This product features simple structure, reliable working conditions and convenient operation. Because different
grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this product allows the fine ore to flow in
the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom.Â
