According to the existing maintenance methods, it is often found that the backward battery is recharged and discharged in a way that remedies the effect that the performance is good, the overcharge is poor, the performance is poor, and the single cell is backward with the maintenance time. The normal supply of equipment is becoming more and more critical.
In view of the above situation, in order to save maintenance costs, the battery can be first detected by the battery online monitoring device, and then the battery activation device is added with distilled water to charge and discharge to activate the backward battery. The facts show that the backward battery capacity can be greatly increased to meet the maintenance regulations, and the battery pack can continue to be used.
Second, the experience of battery activation
1. To regenerate the backward battery, add enough distilled water to fully dilute the internal plates of the battery.
2. It is not advisable to leave the activated battery idle for a long time after activation of charge and discharge.
