Effects of Light Intensity on Chlorophyll Content of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves
Light intensity is the most important factor affecting plant chlorophyll content. Light is the basic condition for photosynthesis of plants. Without light, plants cannot carry out photosynthesis. In this paper, we will discuss how light intensity affects the chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Among them, different light intensities are provided by the light incubator. The light incubator can adjust the light according to our needs for the experiment, instead of being controlled like natural light, so it is also called intelligent light incubator.
The results showed that the chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco under shading increased significantly, and the smaller the light intensity was, the higher the increase was. Compared with flue-cured tobacco leaves grown in natural light, the chlorophyll a content of 39% shading, 13% shading, and 1% shading tobacco increased by 313.5%, 420.1%, and 383.3%, respectively. The content of b increased by 242.8%, 385.7% and 400.0%, respectively, so that the total chlorophyll content was much higher than that of tobacco leaves grown under natural light. Chlorophyll b is mainly present in the antenna components of PSI and PSII (especially in the antenna component of PSI), while chlorophyll a is mainly present in the core complex of PSII and PSI, so during weak light stress, chlorophyll a and The change of chlorophyll b content can reflect the sensitivity and damage degree of low light in the core complex and peripheral antenna components of the two light systems. After shading, the chlorophyll content of the tobacco leaves was low, and the damage to the core complex and peripheral antenna was very serious. The increase of chlorophyll a content in leaves under shading was higher than that of chlorophyll b, indicating that low light damages the core complex more seriously.
Aluminium solar panel frames are used to hold and protect solar panels. They are made of lightweight, durable aluminium and are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. The frame is typically made up of four sides that are connected together to form a rectangular shape. The solar panel is then mounted onto the frame using brackets or clamps. The frame serves as a protective barrier for the solar panel, preventing damage from wind, rain, and other environmental factors. It also provides a secure mounting point for the panel, ensuring that it stays in place and functions optimally. Aluminium frames are a popular choice for solar panels due to their strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion.
