(1) Preparation before inhalation

(2) Operation sequence

1, sewage inhalation method:
A. More than 50mm of stones, cotton yarn, leaves and other impurities will block the straw, so do not inhale and should be removed regularly.
B. Observe the vacuum gauge reading to 65-80 kPa. Completely open the suction ball valve. The half-open condition will damage the valve core.

2, sewage discharge method:
After the separation of the mud and water, open the drain ball valve (10) to discharge the sewage and repeat the suction of the mud, and pressurize and drain quickly. The operation method is as follows:
(1) Place the four-way valve (5) shift lever in the “neutral†position, and then place the drain ball valve in the “on†position to reliably discharge gravity.
(2) When the four-way valve is switched to the discharge position, and the vacuum pump continues to work, the compressed air discharged into the tank will be quickly discharged.
(3) When the pressure is drained, the discharge ball valve should be opened before the plate-moving four-way valve (5) can be placed in the discharge position, so that the pressure in the tank is too high, and accidents and the influence on the sealing of the tank door can be avoided.
3, excretion method
(1) Depress the clutch, dial the pneumatic reversing valve (1) to the "open" position (liberate) or push the force-actuating box to operate the longitudinal rod
(2) Open the ball valve (11) to discharge part of the sewage and reduce the pressure inside the tank to open it to the atmosphere.
(3) Loosen the tank door locking device (12), loosen the handle and safely remove the screw. ,

(4) Open the cabin tool box, pull out the alarm switch, and turn it on.
(5) The operator can pass through the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the operator should be notified that the colleague should quickly pull the suction hose away from the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the sounder will emit audible and visual signals at this time. When the driver receives the signal, the throttle should be reduced.
