1 Stability:

The yellow medicine is easily decomposed by water, acid and heat, that is, it is greatly affected by pH and temperature, so the yellow medicine is extremely unstable.

After decomposition, the ability to capture is lost, so xanthate is often used in alkaline pulp. Decomposition rate in an acidic environment: low-grade xanthate > advanced xanthate, so when used in an acidic medium, try to use advanced xanthate.

2 Oxidizing properties:

Xanthate itself is a reducing agent and is easily oxidized. When O2 and CO2 are present simultaneously, the oxidation rate is faster than when only O2 is present. Xanthate is oxidized to form a double xanthate

Xanthate in aqueous solution, if certain metal cations, then they will be oxidized xanthate xanthate pairs.

Yellow drug harvesting performance :

1 The ability to affect the recovery of xanthate is the length and heterogeneity of the hydrocarbon chain of the non-polar group in the xanthate molecule. The excessive length of the hydrocarbon chain will reduce the ability of the xanthate to collect, and the number of carbon atoms is usually 2 to 5. The number of short hydrocarbon chain xanthates in the range of 2 to 5, the normal body has no strong isomers for collection. The number is >5 long hydrocarbon chain xanthates, and the isomers are not strong in the normal form.

2 The pro-solid atom of xanthate is sulfur, which can capture metal sulfide minerals. Xanthate has no catching effect on gangue minerals in sulfide ore. The xanthogenate formed by the reaction of xanthate with alkaline earth metal ions is easily soluble in water.

4.Easy maintenance. Motors shall be fabricated with rolling bearing and quenched and tempered steel shaft with antirust treated. Three-speed or LCD thermostat is convenient to control the airflow and room temperature.
5. Low installation cost. Units shall be low-weight design. Drain pipes and wires are easy for connection. The water connection direction and air return are changeable according to the site requirements.
