The application of video endoscope should pay attention to the following factors when the engine of the ship is overhauled.
The selection criteria are as follows:
(1) The arrival path of the inspection point. If the arrival path to the detection point is straight, it is more suitable to use the hard tube endoscope to perform the detection work: if the access path is curved, it must use flexible fiber optic endoscope or electronic image endoscope. Even directional or mirrored endoscopes are used.
(2) Check the diameter of the hole that protrudes into the hole. Check the size of the hole into the hole will directly determine the size of the endoscopic mirror tube diameter.
(3) The working distance of the endoscope, which is the distance from the objective lens to the inspection surface. Whether using a standard or high-intensity light source, the distance from the objective lens to the inspection surface will directly affect the lighting demand; and the objective lens also needs to use the best viewing angle to obtain the best image resolution and maximum The magnification. (4) Check the position of the hole. During the test, the objective lens of the endoscope must be extended to a position sufficiently close to the detection point (or the subject) in order to carry out the detection work. Checking the position of the penetrating hole will determine the selection of the endoscope's viewing direction, approach line, and working length. If there is not enough room for extension at the examination entrance, the examiner may need an adjuster connected with the eyepiece to obtain the most suitable viewing angle.
(5) The outline size of the object to be examined. The contour of the object to be inspected includes the size of the entire object under inspection, cracks or cracks, and deformation, which is one of the most important factors in determining the angle of view and the brightness of the light source. If the length of the test object in the test area is too long or too deep, some parts of the test object may be on different planes. Therefore, the endoscope system used must have enough focusing function so that it can be At a fixed location, the image of the subject at different distances or depths can be clearly captured and transmitted to the examiner in full.
(6) The size of the defect. The size of the defects of the tested objects varies greatly, both as fine as hairline cracks and as large as cracks. The size of these defects is an important reference factor for selecting the magnification, viewing angle, focusing power, and lens resolution of the endoscope so that a proper and clear defect image can be obtained. In a normal situation, a large viewing angle can scan a large range relatively quickly and can avoid losing some of the subject image during detection.
