3, fault diagnosis and elimination
Let the car run at low speed and min. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator is low, it means that the tubing is blocked or the pressure limiting valve to the hydraulic oil radiator is stuck. In this way, the hydraulic oil is cooled in time and the oil temperature is too high, resulting in deterioration.
If the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator is too high, it means that the free clearance of the clutch or brake is too calibrated. The automatic transmission should be disassembled and adjusted.
If the hydraulic oil temperature is normal, the main oil pressure should be measured. If the oil pressure is too low, check the adjustment of the throttle cable or throttle position sensor. If the throttle cable or throttle position sensor is installed properly, the automatic transmission should be disassembled to check if the oil pump is worn out or not, whether the main oil pressure regulating valve and the throttle valve inside the valve plate are stuck, and whether the main oil line has oil leakage. .
If the above checks are all normal, the fault may be caused by the vehicle constantly overloading or failing to use the proper hydraulic fluid. In this regard, the hydraulic oil can be fully discharged, adding the specified grade and quantity of hydraulic oil.
