After 14th, the precipitation in the upper reaches of Zhouqu and Bailong River will gradually weaken.

At the same time, the Gansu Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Gansu Meteorological Bureau jointly issued geological hazard predictions: From the 11th to the 13th, there were four levels of geological disasters in parts of the upper reaches of the Zhouqu and Bailong River basins, and there were three levels of geological disasters in Zhouqu on the 14th.

For the upcoming stormy weather, Wang Baojian, director of the Lanzhou Central Meteorological Observatory, suggested that due to the fact that some rescue workers and victims are living in tents, reinforcement of the tents needs to be done to prevent the convective weather caused by thunderstorms and short-duration thunderstorms and the like. influences. In addition, the current high temperature in Zhouqu requires special attention to the epidemic situation in the disaster area.

The heavy rain weather will also have a greater impact on the transportation safety of the disaster-stricken area of ​​Zhouqu, and the meteorological department will remind relevant departments to do a good job of prevention.
