In the following more than one year, I began to actively try some rust-proof methods. Through the understanding of the market, it was found that there are many ways to prevent rust such as electroplating, cathodic electrophoresis, hot dip galvanizing, and Dacromet protection. In general, Dacromet has the best corrosion resistance. First of all, it is an environmentally friendly process with little waste liquid waste residue in the process. Second, compared with electroplating, hydrogen embrittlement is not available. The best anti-corrosion and anti-rust time is long. The longest salt spray time can reach 3000 hours, which can fully meet the anti-corrosion and anti-rust requirements of our products. So I began to purchase Dacromet equipment, but because I did not understand this equipment, I followed the advice of a factory salesperson and purchased their Dacromet equipment and coating fluid. The first use of Dacromet equipment is a large foreign trade order, mainly to help them carry out workpiece rust processing. Later, it was found that the effect of anticorrosion and rust was not achieved at all, and that a lot of metalworking parts rusted, and I suffered huge losses and also offended this large overseas customer. During that time, the factory was almost dying. It was later relieved by the help of a friend.
After I spent a period of time, I restarted my business. Choosing a good Dacromet coating facility is still a very important issue, but I have become very cautious at this time, and I have been exposed to a number of decisions that have not always been at ease and do not make purchases.
