The planned land area of ​​the project is 83890.53 square meters, and the total construction area is 134224.93 square meters, of which the residential construction area is 117110.21 square meters, and the commercial and other building area is 7195.38 square meters. The overhead building area (according to the general area) is 7539.92 square meters, the kindergarten construction area is 1552 square meters, and the construction area of ​​the property supporting building is 827.42 square meters. The project is a multi-storey residential complex, with a group of high-rise residential, commercial and community service buildings supplemented by comprehensive buildings. Among them, there are 32 multi-storey residential buildings, 2 high-rise residential buildings on 17+1 floors, 1 kindergarten on the 3rd floor, and 1 club on the 2nd floor.
