According to the Haimen Environmental Protection Bureau of Jiangsu Province, Nantong Huili is the leading domestic producer of reclaimed rubber. It is the top three industrial gold medal enterprises in the region and the first company in China to develop high-temperature dynamic desulfurization to produce butyl reclaimed rubber. The National Development and Reform Commission has determined that it is an industrialized project for the recycling of recycled rubber. It can produce 80,000 tons of recycled rubber per year, including 40,000 tons of butyl rubber.
However, the high-temperature dynamic desulfurization technology has obvious drawbacks, that is, the reaction under high temperature and high pressure, and finally a large amount of residual gas is generated, the rubber smell is difficult to solve, and the exhaust gas disturbance phenomenon sometimes occurs. At the same time, there are hidden dangers of explosion in pressure vessels. In addition, with the addition of single-work operations, the amount of work is large and the labor intensity is high.
At present, many universities and research institutes at home and abroad are studying new technologies for reclaimed rubber production, including microwave technology and biotechnology, but they are still in the laboratory stage. With the accumulated experience of 40 years of reclaimed rubber production technology, in 2012, Nantong Huili boldly proposed the continuous regeneration of rubber at atmospheric pressure. Under the guidance of experts from relevant universities and research institutes, the company developed a continuous pressure regeneration device for rubber.
"To fundamentally solve the three major problems of environmental protection, safety, and employment, we must still have a technological revolution." Ni Xuewen said that in the past three years, the company has invested more than 5 million yuan each year for environmental protection, introducing advanced equipment, optimizing processes, and recycling waste gas. The rubber smell that has troubled the reclaimed rubber enterprises has been effectively improved.
The reporter saw in the production workshop that three rubber atmospheric continuous regeneration production lines have been put into production. The fully automated production line has no pressure vessels, no waste water and exhaust gas emissions, and the labor is only 1/3 of the original, and the product quality has been improved.
Ni Xuewen said that although the price of the entire butyl reclaimed rubber has fallen sharply, this year's taxable sales and warehousing taxes are still expected to exceed last year's level, achieving a win-win situation for both economic and environmental effects.
