Steel containers are developed on the basis of metal flat steel trays, which are used to solve the defects that steel trays can not support loose parts or bulk materials. Like the bottom of the steel tray, forklift to facilitate the four-way fork. The top can be hoisted, but also for stacking. The bottom part of the container is frame structure, welded by steel panel and steel leg. The upper four sides of the container with high quality corrugated board welding. The upper part of the mesh container is made of the same quality cold-drawn steel wire as the storage cage and welded with high-quality profiles.
Surface treatment using shot blasting technology which is better to remove rust and oil, in order to eliminate pickling and phosphate pollution resulting from pollution problems, more in line with environmental requirements. Later use 180 degrees baking technology to make the product appearance clean, beautiful, durable.
