More than 150 templates can print all brand logos

Order-based production can produce more than 2000 false oil barrels per day

There is a very large old-fashioned community on Huangtai South Road. There are multiple warehouses in the community. One of the warehouses is a falsification factory. The factory specializes in producing branded lubricant oil barrels. Open the door to the warehouse, the first to see is four machines, on the east side of the machine is a barrel filled with half of the warehouse.

In the vicinity of the machine there is a device dedicated to the labeling of the logo. The oil drum made from the machine is white, and the oil drum is automatically labeled with the device.

Wang Zhenquan introduced that if the factory is full of horsepower for production, it can produce more than 2,000 barrels per day. The suspect Zhu Moumin stated that there are four workers in the factory. Usually the customer first orders and they produce according to the order. “The price of plastic barrels with branded signs is higher than that of unbranded barrels, which is about 3 yuan.” Zhu Moumin confessed.

Counterfeit lubricants cost less than a million yuan per ton

In the rental hall of Xingliu Square, 10 large oil tanks are placed side by side on the north side of the plant, and a pipe above them connects 10 tanks. There is an extended tube below each tank. Wang Zhenquan introduced that the deployment of good oil is poured into the 4 litre drum from this pipe.

In general, these counterfeiters purchase oils from refineries that specialize in refining lubricating oils, and then add additives for debugging. In the factory there is a special laboratory for debugging lubricants. "These counterfeiters have to think of ways to make the quality of fake lubricants similar to those of genuine products in order to be able to sell counterfeit lubricants for a long period of time," said Wang Zhenquan.

In fact, this factory is indeed producing lubricants, but its brand market does not accept it, so it produced fake brand-name lubricants. It is understood that the counterfeit brand-name lubricants produced by the factory are around 1 million yuan per ton, which is half the price of genuine lubricants. Therefore, many auto repair factories use counterfeit lubricants for profits. According to investigation by the police, the factory generally sells lubricants through logistics and sells them mainly to Hubei, Hunan and Jinan, Dezhou, Tai'an and Laiwu in our province.
