How to choose the balance method of the fan rotor is a key issue. There are many balancing methods chosen by various types of machinery:
(1) Special balancing machine balance method. It can balance the rotor itself, but when the rotor size is large, different balancing machines are needed, and the rotor needs to be removed from the machine during the experiment, which is not economical, and will prolong the inspection time and affect the use. Dynamic balancing machines cannot eliminate system vibrations caused by assembly or other components.
(2) Three-point balance method. Dividing three points on the circumference of the rotor, adding the same test weight, respectively, using the vibrometer to measure the three vibration results, and performing geometric drawing to calculate the mass and position of the weight. The method is simple, but balanced. The accuracy is not very good.
(3) On-site dynamic balancer correction method. The vibration and photoelectric sensors are used to pick up the vibration data on the rotor. The data is input into the dynamic balance meter, and the dynamic balance application software provided by the instrument performs data processing to obtain the quality and position of the weight. The test state of the method is consistent with the actual working state, which is beneficial to improve the accuracy of measuring the unbalance amount and reduce the system vibration, which is a technology to be adopted.
