The overall selling price of light diesel vehicles is not high, and the country III switch is more important than the heavy truck industry. Therefore, the full implementation of the national III standard for light diesel vehicles will promote the 1-3Q09 overdraft consumption of the national II light truck. In the light passenger industry, most of the vehicles have already achieved the National III standard, and the degree of benefit is less than that of the light truck industry. In the micro-card and micro-customer industries, the main vehicles equipped with gasoline engines do not benefit greatly.
Switched by environmental protection standards, the sales performance of light-duty diesel vehicles and heavy-duty diesel vehicles will be quite different. First, environmental standards for light diesel vehicles are more difficult to implement. Compared with heavy trucks, the price of light trucks is low, and more segments of users are in rural areas. Secondly, there are low-end car-to-country policies implemented in the ten months after 2009. It is expected that farmers will smash consumption to enjoy policies before the end of the benefit period.
