While carrying out research on the intelligent internal detection technology of terrestrial oil and gas pipelines, the R&D center will also focus on the intelligent internal detection technology of marine in-service oil and gas pipelines, and the National Natural Science Fund countries jointly declared with Northeastern University and CNOOC Energy Development Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. The major scientific research instrument development project was successfully approved.
Through unremitting research, Shenyang Instrument Science Research Institute has carried out technical research on the application of "three-axis magnetic flux leakage and pulse eddy current composite heterogeneous field detection technology" in the field of oil and gas pipeline wall defect detection, focusing on breaking the wall defect electromagnetic holographic imaging technology. Key technologies such as pipeline robot integration technology, pipeline robot positioning technology, defect and life evaluation technology have successfully realized the development of intelligent holographic sensing oil and gas pipeline intelligent internal testing instruments.
The National Finals of the First China Innovation Method Competition was co-sponsored by the China Science and Technology Association, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the Hunan Provincial People's Government. It is easy to recognize the particles by different size and can be colored by using of color agent being putted into the container during the crushing processing.
