Since 2000, we have formed a research group to carry out the research and development of medium and low grade phosphate rock ore processing technology . Through in-depth research on phosphate ore process mineralogy, synthesis and application technology of new high-efficiency flotation reagent ( collector ), mineral processing technology, etc., it has undergone laboratory test, 1,000-ton expansion test and 10,000-ton industrial In the test and other stages, the complete technology development of medium and low grade phosphate rock ore beneficiation was completed. In 2007, two sets of 2 million tons/year concentrator production line were successfully applied and achieved good economic, social and environmental benefits.
The project has studied the process properties of low-grade colloidal phosphate ore in Yunnan through process mineralogical research.A series of new beneficiation agents and new supporting technologies have been successfully developed for the fine grain size, the inlaid mosaic, the similarity of useful minerals and gangue minerals, and the innovations are as follows: collector introducing a hydrophobic group electron withdrawing group, a hydrophilic group is introduced multi carboxyl group, the molecular polarity enhancing agents, increase the calcium chelate of magnesium ions, so that the agent has a solubility at room temperature, good dispersion , characteristics such as capture and selectivity; 2 by adjusting the pH value of the medium, a collector can meet the requirements of positive and negative flotation at the same time, and the low temperature grade phosphate rock ore is floated at room temperature for the first time; 3 Developed the “ positive floating, rough and anti-floating, one rough and one sweep †process, and obtained qualified concentrate. The project realized the recycling process of the process and tailings wastewater, the utilization rate of return water reached over 80%, and the annual water saving reached 15 million m3. After adopting the new type of medicament, the cost of ore dressing was significantly reduced, and the environmental pollution was reduced; more than 140,000 tons of coal marked saving, energy saving effect is remarkable. The project can transform a large number of low-grade phosphate rock resources in Yunnan into high-quality phosphate concentrates through flotation processing, which can make full use of resources and effectively solve the problem of phosphorus mining and abandonment of poverty, which is the low and medium-sized low of 2.05 billion tons in Yunnan Province. The development and utilization of grade phosphate rock resources has opened up an effective way.
