Product feature
This machine is designed to process the riveting wire. Pressing and riveting, connecting wire and replaced them with traditional tin welding method. It does not have the default of cold welding and air pollution and it is the most efficient wat to pass every safe specification test (UL, JIS). 

Functions: Cutting, forming, pressing, copper belt tying and crimping.

Wide applicable range: It can connect between the neon lamp and resistance, between the wires, between the sliding switch and conducting wire, between the high temperature heater and the thermal parts, such as magnetic switch and constant temperature fuse. 
High Precision: We use advanced frequency converter, frequency converting motor control and high precision imported approaching switch and reducer to ensure high precision, precise material feeding and fast operation. It is also driven by de pneumatic power. 
High Quality: After the special the riveting process, the copper terminal is stronger and stable quality. It also uses special linked copper tape terminals to ensure finished top qualified products. It is equipped with straight/bending seat for the connecting of different products. 
High Performance: Production capacity: 250 pieces/minute. The progress of cutting, forming and pressing is finished at the same time with no sound, fast and no waste materials. 
Easy to use: This machine is very simple to operate. With an ecofriendly design, causing low noise and power saving. BW-07+Q has wider height adjusting range, higher precision for adjustment, which results in saving time adjusting the pressing height. The pressing height can be adjusted directly on the operating panel.
