1 Preparation before test (1) Preparation of sample:
I. The surface of the specimen is smooth and flat. There should be no scale, decarburized layer, carburized layer, plating layer and other dirt. In particular, there should be no grease.
II. The indentation edge of the specimen should be clear enough, if necessary, it should be polished, and the indentation diameter has been accurately read.
(2) Selection and installation of test bench: According to the shape and size of the sample, select an appropriate workbench and place the workbench in the mounting hole of the screw.
(3) Preselection of total test force: preselection of test force must be completed before test.
(4) Calibration of the tester: calibrate the tester with the standard hardness test block, and fill out the "Daily hardness tester verification record" after the calibration is completed.
Second, the verification process (1) will be tested on the worktable, and wipe its support surface clean. Rotate the handwheel to slowly raise the table until the sample contacts the indenter and causes the handwheel to slip relative to the nut.
(2) Turn on the power, and the power indicator (red light) lights up at this time. Start the button switch and immediately make preparations for tightening the fixing screws on the right side of the fuselage. When the charge indicator (green light) is on, tighten it quickly so that the disk rotates with the crank until it automatically reverses and stops. (3) Turn the handwheel to remove the tested sample and read the indentation diameter of the sample using the reading microscope.
(4) According to the "metal Brinell hardness value table" to find the corresponding hardness value.
(5) Clean up the test site.
