Functions and Features:


1.ARD-YAMAHA-feeder can apply recieving power through probe easily and can also avoid the wiring trouble.It works compatibly with the original YAMAHA feeder,no need to remove the feeder during loading bulk materials,the circle line's efficiency can be increased 5 times or more.



2.AREED electric feeder has a wide range of the optional size for electronic components,compatible with two packaging of the PC tape and paper tape, demand based switching between 2mm and 4mm.One set ARD-YAMAHA-08 feeder has been instead of the original three ones.The key controller board has the gear shift function, Y axis fine tuning function, alarming or the abnormal using, forward and backward function,and the Digital display screen is beautiful appearance and practical.



3.Right top stripping with a built-in storage room, as well as the removable type of hanging material to realize the true non-stop re-loading function.The independent working motor is equipped with the coil system of metal meshing gear. The sensor reports the troubles when the rods do not work ,and the feeder's red light flashes warning an error occurred. 



4.Using Stepper motor instead of the traditional cylinder driving mode, the speed and precision of feeding highly increased, and the average effective life of the whole machine prolongs five years or more.Double-fisted safety cut-off switch can avoid the overload burning of the circuits,as well as the crash malfunction caused by the operation of the feeder when it's not fixed well.

*The bearing of suspension pin is adopted with oil bearing which is used in machine tool, it simplifies the process of lubrication.

*The screw is designed as full moon type, crescent moon type, left-hand rotation type, right-hand rotation type and so on, the screw pitch can adopt S=D~0.8D as requirement, the entry end and exit end of base of plummer block can be exchanged each other, with flexible technology this machine can be designed as multipoint feed or multipoint discharge as requirement. 

*Adopting spilt connecting sleeve,when dismounting screw shaft, all bearings are need not to remove, it is convenient to repair.
