The spectral resolution of the spectral data, and based on the optimal estimation algorithm (OEM) and the reference forward model (RFM) to establish an atmospheric greenhouse gas profile inversion model, using the measured data to obtain the vertical profile of atmospheric methane and water vapor, and The total amount of methane gas column and dry air mixing ratio.
