Causes of battery damage
The battery life is generally about two years
1: excessive discharge
2: The battery is stored for a long time (without charging during storage)
3: Can't charge through car engine
4: No electrolyte
5: The proportion of electrolyte is too high
6: Charging at high temperatures
7: Contaminated by dirt (eg, contaminated with hydrochloric acid, seawater, organic acids, etc.)
8: The battery is charged with excessive current
9: The deformation of the electrode plate causes the positive plate and the pack plate to come into contact with each other, resulting in a short circuit
10: Dirt is deposited on the top and bottom of the pole, causing a short circuit

Car battery maintenance and maintenance
(1) The electrolyte level should always be maintained between max and min. Check it once a month and see if the liquid level falls. Add distilled water (pure water) and do not add acid.
(2) When the battery voltage is insufficient and the light is dim and the starter is weak, the vehicle should be charged in a timely manner.
(3) To prevent the battery from overcharging or long-term loss of electricity. Overcharging will cause the active substance to fall off. The loss of electricity will cause the plate to vulcanize, and the regulator voltage must not be too high or too low.
(4) During use, exhaust vents should always be inspected to prevent battery deformation or burst.
(5) The battery should be kept away from heat and open flame, and should be ventilated during charging and use to prevent burns and injuries.
(6) To prevent long-term high-current discharge of the battery, the start-up time of each use can not exceed 5 seconds, and the time of two consecutive start-ups is 10-15 seconds in the middle.
(7) The battery must be firmly installed in the vehicle to reduce vibration.
(8) Always check if the battery cable is firm and all joints must be kept in good contact to prevent sparks and battery explosion. The oxides and sulphates produced by the battery clips must be scraped and painted with Vaseline to prevent further corrosion.
(9) Remove dust, dirt, and spilled electrolyte from the battery cover, and keep it clean and dry to prevent self-discharge.
(10) Cracking of the sealant should be promptly repaired.
(11) When the car is driving in a cold area, it is necessary to prevent the battery from being completely discharged to avoid freezing of the electrolyte.
